- Before planning any course a need Assessment exercise has been undertaken which include – Recommendations of BOS & BCUD, meeting and discussions with Experts & Heads of relevant subjects with course coordinator, Information about needs & resources and feedback report from participants and primary data(new information specifically gathered for assessment).
- The programmes conducted by HRDC covers the areas like Philosophy of education, Indian education system, pedagogy, resource awareness, knowledge generation, management, Personality development, Awareness of linkages between society and education as well as Environment and Education. Others area covered by HRDC are ICT training, Interactive class board training, web searching, PPT preparation & Presentation.
- Some other areas covered by HRDC are, Recent development in the Research Indian Constitution, Right to Information Act, Human Right Law, National Integration, Social Problems and Higher Education.
- Use of web based resources, power point slides presentation, Internet tools in teaching-learning process, Use of computer & Projector, OHP/Elmo Visualizer, Interactive classroom using Interactive white board, Use of Educational Videos & Audios in teaching, Demonstration of S.B T.V. Stick for recording Educational programmes from T.V. Channels
- Feedback is sought from the participants after returning to the institution regarding the training input and its impact on them and the Institution.
- Acceptance of online application, Displaying on-line list of selection and selection letter to participants of various courses
- Availability of Lectures, videos and photographs on ASC website.
